Refund policy

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

  • Our policy offers 7 days for any exchange, return or refund request. After 7 days no exchange, return or refund request will be processed.
  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or sizing issues (ex. store sent the wrong size or dress finished measurements aren't the same as in product description). If you need to exchange it, will be for the same item.
  • Returns will be processed only for unused items. Items must be in the same condition as received and in original packaging. 
  • Exchanges and returns doesn't apply for custom orders (ex. special orders, personalized items).
  • To complete your exchange, return and/or refund request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Full refunds will be offered for requests within the 7 days the policy offers and meets the previous criteria. Refund will be issued after receiving the item back and after inspection (please allow 24 hours after store receive item back).
  • Partial refunds will be granted if item is not received back within 5 days after request is open and/or if the item received is not in its original condition, or if its damaged for reasons other than a manufacturing error.
  • Approved refunds will be back to the original payment method.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
